Sr Developer (St. Louis)

The Senior Developer joins the Deal Configuration team, which owns the applications supporting the pre-sales, engineering, scoping and quoting stages of the opportunity lifecycle. The role covers the design, development, testing and deployment of custom applications and integrations with third-party vendor systems, working alongside developers, analysts, architects and product owners in a fast-paced environment. The developer is expected to adopt an AI-first mindset, using AI-powered tooling to speed up development, improve code quality and testing, and to advocate responsible AI-assisted practices across the team. The position also involves technical leadership on complex challenges, code reviews, mentorship of junior developers, production support and active participation in Agile ceremonies.
