TECHNICAL LEAD L1

The role facilitates application solutions by developing and reviewing module-level code, creating replication patterns and performing root-cause analysis to identify recurring issues. The person collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable, well-documented deliverables that meet business objectives. Responsibilities span gathering requirements, solution design, coding and configuration, implementation and user training across multiple business processes. The position works under the guidance of the Project Manager and supports the full software development life cycle.
