Tech Lead (Russian speaker) / Remote

The company is looking for a Tech Lead to own the architecture and code quality of all its systems, including the PHP core and billing, the ERP, the client area, the mobile app and the People platform. The role is hands-on: reviewing every change before production, owning the database architecture across MySQL and PostgreSQL, and driving AI-assisted development across the team. The Tech Lead turns product requirements into technical tasks, mentors backend, frontend and mobile developers, and leads incident response. The position reports directly to the founder and requires working strictly on New York time.
