Tech Lead (Russian speaker) / Remote

The company is looking for a Tech Lead to own the architecture and code quality of all its systems, including the PHP core and billing, the ERP, the client area, the mobile app and the People platform. The role is hands-on and reports directly to the founder, reviewing every change before it reaches production, owning the database architecture, and driving AI-assisted development across the team. The Tech Lead also turns product requirements into technical tasks, mentors backend, frontend and mobile developers, and leads incident response. Work is fully remote, strictly on New York time.
