Sr. Staff Software Engineer - .NET

The Senior Staff Software Engineer is responsible for all stages of the software development lifecycle, building and optimizing large-scale, complex software systems that prioritize end-user efficiency and experience. The role involves leading the design and implementation of highly available, scalable and reliable solutions, and guiding cross-functional teams from concept through deployment and post-launch monitoring. The engineer collaborates with solution managers, designers, data scientists and other stakeholders to define requirements and align technical solutions with business goals, while championing technical excellence and continuous improvement. They also drive the adoption of best practices, evaluate new technologies and AI capabilities, and promote high standards of code quality, testing and operational reliability.
