Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer on team Phoenix, you will deliver production work and legacy modernisation through agentic workflows using tools like Claude Code. You will build and modernise the Knowledge Base, expanding components and shipping new features for a service management platform used by millions. Reporting to an Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with UX designers and Product Managers to own the product end-to-end, from UI to backend, while contributing reusable patterns and evals to org-wide libraries.
