Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you deliver production work — including legacy modernisation — through agentic workflows, inside a team setting the operating model for the rest of engineering. You build and modernise the company's Knowledge Base end to end, from an accessible, polished user interface to a fast and reliable backend, for a service management platform used by millions of people every day. You work with Claude Code as your primary collaborator: framing problems, orchestrating agents to build and modernise real product, and standing behind the verification. You join a cross-functional team spanning back-end, front-end, UX, testing, and product, delivering alongside a UX designer and a Product Manager and working with platform teams to get code to production. Building agentically is the heart of the role, not an add-on.
