Frontend Lead

As Frontend Lead, the role is to organise and unify the frontend efforts of the company, leading the consolidation of the stack onto Vue 3 as the standard while raising the bar on architecture and UX. The position sets the technical direction, owns the environment for the chosen stack, and helps the wider organisation make cost-aware technology decisions. It also leads and mentors a team of 6 to 7 engineers of mixed seniority, championing clean code, testability and AI-assisted development practices.
