Senior Software Engineer

The role sits within the Channel and Data AI development team, combining technical leadership with hands-on development. The engineer will architect and build web and mobile applications, including cloud-native services with Spring Boot and Java 17, RESTful APIs, Spring Batch jobs and event-driven systems using Kafka and MQ. They will lead design and deployment, build CI/CD pipelines, practice test-driven development and apply GenAI technologies to improve coding, review and testing. The position also involves mentoring junior developers, providing BAU support, managing app lifecycle and releases, and collaborating with security, compliance and other domain teams to resolve technical dependencies.
