Lead Software Engineer

The role sits within the Channel and Data AI development team, combining technical leadership with hands-on development of web and mobile applications. The person will architect and design cloud-native, micro front-end and micro-services solutions, build REST APIs and Spring Batch jobs, and drive CI/CD pipelines across SIT, UAT and Production. They will also lead and mentor the application development team, manage app lifecycle and third-party SDK integrations, and provide BAU support including incident resolution and performance tuning. The position acts as a subject matter expert, applying GenAI technologies to improve development, review and testing while managing technical and regulatory risks.
