Lead Software Engineer

This role exists to provide senior technical leadership that solves complex challenges, supports the development of engineering talent, and delivers high-quality web solutions aligned with the organization's business objective. The person will lead the design, development, and delivery of web and mobile applications, own end-to-end application delivery and BAU operations, and govern CI/CD and deployment processes across SIT, UAT, and Production. They will also mentor engineers, manage technical, delivery, security, and compliance risks, and partner with testers, vendors, product, and domain teams to ensure quality outcomes.
