Lead Software Engineer

The role sits within the Channel and Data AI development team, combining technical leadership with hands-on development of web and mobile applications. The person will architect and build cloud-native, microservices and micro front-end solutions, manage CI/CD pipelines, and provide BAU support for existing applications. They will also drive the adoption of GenAI technologies for code development, review and testing, and act as a subject matter expert in the web and mobile application space. The position involves mentoring junior developers, collaborating across domain teams, and managing technical and security dependencies of application delivery.
