Lead Software Engineer

The role exists to provide senior technical leadership that solves complex challenges, supports the development of engineering talent, and delivers high-quality web solutions aligned with the organization's business objective. The person will lead the design, development, and delivery of web and mobile applications, contribute to architecture decisions, and ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions. They will own end-to-end application delivery and BAU operations, govern CI/CD implementation, and manage technical, delivery, security, and compliance risks. The role also involves mentoring engineers and partnering closely with testers, vendors, product, and domain teams.
