Lead Software Engineer

The role sits within the Channel and Data AI development team, combining technical leadership with hands-on development. The individual will architect and build web and mobile applications, including cloud-native services with Spring Boot and Java 17, RESTful APIs, Spring Batch jobs, and event-driven systems using Kafka and MQ. They will lead design and deployment, manage CI/CD pipelines, and apply GenAI technologies to enhance development, code review and testing. The position also involves mentoring junior developers, providing BAU support, managing app lifecycle and third-party SDK integrations, and collaborating across domain teams to resolve technical and security dependencies.
