Postdoctoral Fellow(s) / Research Assistant(s)

The company is inviting applications for Postdoctoral Fellow(s) and Research Assistant(s) to join a multidisciplinary team working on AI-enabled orthopaedic research. The role involves contributing to translational projects that integrate Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, and Surgical Navigation technologies, including AR-based surgical navigation systems, AI-assisted arthroscopic planning tools, AI diagnostic platforms using CT/X-ray/MRI data, and surgical planning systems leveraging LLMs. The appointee will support or lead grant proposal preparation, research manuscripts, and conference abstracts, coordinate with internal and external collaborators, and assist in software development/testing, clinical data handling, and study documentation depending on role level. The position also contributes to project reporting, milestone tracking, and presentation preparation. Appointment is initially on a one-year contract, renewable subject to performance and mutual agreement.
