Developer

The company is looking for a Developer to join the team behind an award-winning B2B call center solution, delivered across all of its markets. The role focuses on building and improving reliable backend services and Web/UI components using modern development practices to deliver secure, scalable and high-performing solutions. The developer designs and optimizes data solutions with SQL databases and/or MongoDB, improves system performance, caching and reliability, and strengthens application security through secure coding practices. Working within Git-based workflows, code reviews and shared engineering standards, the person contributes across the full development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment and continuous improvement.
