Lead Developer

The Lead Developer will guide and lead highly skilled developers within the Online Sales team at Telenor, focusing on digital sales journeys. The role involves balancing team growth, AI adoption, technical evolution, and customer experience improvements while maintaining hands-on involvement in frontend software development. Key responsibilities include ensuring technical excellence, code quality, stability, and security of platforms, as well as collaborating closely with Agile Team Leads, Product Owners, architects, and other development teams.
