Senior Full Stack Engineer

The company is building new features for a business communication and customer support platform used by companies worldwide. As a senior full stack developer, you will work directly with the CEO to architect and ship backend services powering live messaging, automations, and support tooling at global scale. You will design APIs, tune MongoDB against production data, deploy on GCP, and own features end-to-end, including connecting existing prototypes to go live. The role is hands-on and fast-moving, with a strong emphasis on modern AI-assisted development workflows.
