System Analyst (CRM) (Ref: OS00054)

The Senior System Analyst / System Analyst - CRM will be a member of the Information Technology Department at the company's headquarters in One Island East. The role involves managing the implementation and support of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, handling enterprise business application development from scratch, and defining functional and technical design patterns. The incumbent will collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and Agile teams to ensure feasible frontend designs and API integrations, while also providing guidance to Application Developers and UAT Testers.
