Engineering Manager - Templating

The company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of around 10 engineers within its Templating Domain, reporting to the VP of Software Engineering. The role is highly technical but not hands-on coding: it involves staying close to architecture, technical decisions and operational challenges, participating in design reviews and incident discussions, and providing technical leadership and coaching. The manager partners with Product and Design to set priorities, owns delivery, quality and reliability of the domain, and champions the pragmatic adoption of AI across engineering and product development. The position is remote based in South Africa, with the option to work from the Cape Town office, and offers a growth path toward a Group Engineering Manager role.
