Lead Front-end Architect

As Lead Front-end Architect, the role is the technical authority for front-end development across client projects, defining architecture and guiding technical delivery from pre-sales conversations through to production. The person works primarily on one client project while also contributing to architecture, innovation, pre-sales and coaching across the organization, combining hands-on coding with technical leadership. Day-to-day work includes translating business requirements into scalable solutions, developing complex components, validating estimates, supporting pre-sales workshops and coaching developers through mentoring and code reviews. The role also involves maintaining modern development platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Docker environments and cloud deployments, and collaborating with project managers, designers, architects and developers across international teams.
