Lead Software Engineer (FinTech)

The company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to drive the engineering vision and technical execution of large-scale fintech platforms supporting payment subscription management, integrated payment operations, CRM, and sales workflows. The role involves hands-on leadership across backend and frontend architecture, owning architectural decisions, and ensuring mission-critical reliability, financial-grade security, and high delivery quality. The engineer will partner with product, design, QA, and operations stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and will lead deployment, CI/CD, and operational practices on cloud infrastructure.
