Senior Software Engineer (Python)

The company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Python) to join its Software Engineering team within the AI Practice. The role is central to engineering, enhancing and supporting a real-time voice application built on Generative AI technologies. The engineer will work across both project delivery and production support, including an out-of-hours callout rota, building complex asynchronous systems with modern Python frameworks and integrating enterprise platforms. The position is customer-facing, involving direct engagement with client technical teams, solution architects and delivery stakeholders to ensure reliable operation of a mission-critical solution for a major financial services client.
