Software Development Team Lead

The company is looking for a hands-on, technically strong Team Lead to own one of its core products end to end. The role combines leading a small team of 2-3 engineers with staying deeply embedded in the codebase, taking full responsibility for the product's development. The person will design and develop new features, plan the roadmap, and maintain high quality across the board. They will also define engineering standards and best practices, including design methodology, code reviews, and coding conventions. The role involves close collaboration with Product, QA, and DevOps to keep everything running smoothly.
