Tech Frontend Lead (f/m/x) AD Retail and Marketing

The role leads frontend development for enterprise-grade web applications built on Adobe Experience Manager, working in an agile environment. The person designs, develops and maintains scalable frontend solutions using SCSS, TypeScript, Vue.js 3, semantic HTML, accessibility best practices and Jest, and architects modular SCSS structures. They provide technical mentorship to frontend engineers, establish engineering standards, review code and foster best practices across the team. The role also ensures compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 and ARIA and drives performance optimization to improve Core Web Vitals.
