Tech Frontend Lead (f/m/x) AD Retail and Marketing

The role leads frontend development in an agile environment, driving the evolution of frontend architectures for enterprise-grade web applications built on Adobe Experience Manager. The person designs, develops and maintains scalable frontend solutions using SCSS, TypeScript, Vue.js 3, semantic HTML, accessibility best practices and Jest, while architecting modular SCSS structures and mentoring frontend engineers. They ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 and ARIA, integrate accessibility validation into development workflows, and identify performance bottlenecks to improve Core Web Vitals.
