Principal Full Stack Engineer | $90-$120/hr + Remote | Inc. 5000 Award-Winning, High-Growth Coaching Company

This role involves leading a small development team while owning complex product and architectural work for an AI SaaS platform. The Principal Full Stack Engineer will write and review production code, make architecture decisions, and guide engineers in partnership with Product and the existing platform architect. Responsibilities include building proprietary AI capabilities such as RAG pipelines and embeddings, assessing and improving the existing codebase for security and scalability, and managing the full stack from data modeling to deployment. The position is initially a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Miami, United States.
