Product Engineer

This is a product engineering role where you own problems end to end: understanding what customers are stuck on, shaping solutions with product and design, building them, and shipping them. You will work with coding agents daily, improving the internal pipeline, context files, and guardrails that make agent-assisted development work. The role involves building private and public GraphQL APIs, leading technical explorations, mentoring teammates, and participating in an on-call rotation across Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, GraphQL, and MySQL. You will help build the company's internal software factory and evangelize best practices in Rails, GraphQL, and database design.
