This is a fully remote hands-on technical leadership role for a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to lead the ScreamingFace squad within OpenMined. The engineer will own the technical architecture end-to-end, drive production readiness, and establish engineering best practices such as code review and CI/CD. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, collaborating on core technology stack strategy, and delivering engineering goals while building open-source infrastructure for federated AI.
