Engineer Manager - Network Solutions

The company is looking for an Engineering Manager to run and own one engineering team end-to-end within its Network Solutions group, covering the physical and virtual customer network products such as load balancing, switching, firewalls, VPN and VPC. The role is hands-on: the manager owns architecture design, delivery and the roadmap, writes specs, reviews pull requests and ships real work while driving AI-assisted engineering practices. Working closely with Product, the manager scopes and cuts work on a monthly cycle, clears cross-team dependencies and holds the engineering bar that moves the team toward DORA High performance. The position also covers growing engineers, owning hiring end to end, and taking a turn in the on-call rotation for what the team builds.
