Senior AI Builder

The company is looking for a Senior AI Builder to take AI capabilities from promising demos to production systems that customers rely on. Working within an R&D group of engineers spanning backend to mobile, the role focuses on building and shipping LLM-powered features such as agentic flows, retrieval over company data, and extraction from real-world documents. The person will also build and lead the evaluation process, continuously measuring model and solution quality to determine whether new versions are genuinely better. The role requires owning the path to production across technologies like AWS Lambda, Vue, and PHP, in an environment with significant regulatory requirements.
