IT Technologist

The IT Technologist works directly with Virtual Assistant tenants to deliver high-quality, secure and scalable solutions that meet business needs and align with IT strategy. The role involves evaluating, designing, developing and modifying middleware and front-end applications, producing system design documentation, coding, testing and debugging programs, and supporting migration and implementation plans. The person acts as an escalation point for complex incidents and problems, performs root-cause troubleshooting, configures DNS and load balancers with the network team, and monitors the health and performance of the Virtual Assistant platform. The position also integrates applications with large language models through REST APIs and WebSockets, and collaborates with other technologists, stakeholders and vendors to plan, execute and support Virtual Assistant projects and initiatives.
