Senior Software Developer

The company is hiring a senior-level developer to support its mission of providing training and support to emergency dispatch services worldwide. The role involves designing and developing software products such as training and learning platforms, applications, web pages, client portals, databases, and reports, taking ownership of projects from requirements gathering through launch and ongoing maintenance. The developer will set technical direction, ensure systems are reusable and maintainable, interface with clients and internal users, and provide technical leadership and final code reviews for less experienced staff. This position operates on a hybrid work model based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
