Senior AI Fullstack Developer

The company is looking for a Software Engineer to build AI full-stack solutions and help shape an engineering culture centered on autonomy, creativity, and technical excellence. The role involves setting architectural direction for products emerging from Labs, taking end-to-end ownership of the agentic AI layer, and designing production-grade agentic workflows including retrieval, tool use, multi-step planning, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and safety guardrails. The engineer will act as a senior technical voice in cross-team architectural decisions, establish technical standards and engineering practices across the organization, and make significant individual contributions to the SaaS product across Azure and AWS. The position also includes mentoring engineers, collaborating with product, design, and engineering across the full SDLC, and ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of customer-facing applications and the agentic systems built on top of them.
