Onsite DevOps Lead

The role is an Onsite DevOps Lead position based in Munich, Germany, working on behalf of a blue-chip international client. The person will lead onsite DevOps activities spanning application development, operations and maintenance, supporting frontend and backend development with technologies such as TypeScript, Vue.js, Python, Flask, REST and gRPC. They will manage Linux servers, Proxmox virtualization, containers, networking, VPN, routing and infrastructure automation, while monitoring service health, analyzing logs and troubleshooting incidents to ensure SLA-driven resolution. The role also involves deployments, patching, backup and recovery, capacity checks and service maintenance, coordinating with customer teams, L1/L2 support, service management and development teams, and supporting onsite activities such as server maintenance, connectivity validation and SIM card testing.
