Technical Lead

The company is looking for a Technical Lead for its Audience Growth team, which owns everything that helps customers grow their audience: signup forms, landing pages and websites, subscriber imports, preference centers and social integrations. The role leads a team of engineers, shapes technical direction together with product and design partners, and stays close to the code to build the hardest parts. The person works with the product manager and designer from discovery through delivery, owns the team's areas end to end in production, and sets the bar through code review, pairing and mentoring. It is a remote-first position within a globally distributed team.
