Senior Software Engineer (Rustici) US, Franklin, Remote

The company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a team building eLearning standards-based software that launches and tracks online learning for millions of learners worldwide. As a full stack web developer and individual contributor reporting to an Engineering Manager, you will maintain and improve one or more software products, write technical specifications, and take new features from start to finish with a high degree of autonomy. The role involves squashing bugs, refining interfaces and implementations, improving processes, and developing test code as a core part of the work. You will also mentor junior developers, contribute ideas for new work based on customer feedback, and continuously improve your craft. The team works in a remote/in-office hybrid setup with headquarters in Franklin, TN, and is open to qualified remote candidates residing in the United States.
