Full Stack Developer

What you'll do

• Develop features end-to-end, from the UI (Vue.js) to the backend (Node.js/Express) and database layer
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL across our data model
• Collaborate closely with product team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify performance bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve code quality
• Contribute to architecture decisions — we run a modern data stack (queue systems, automation pipelines) and want people who propose solutions, not just execute tickets

What we're looking for

• 1–5 years of experience in full stack development
• Solid JavaScript and Node.js skills
• Familiarity with Vue.js or a comparable modern frontend framework
• Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL
• Strong grasp of web development principles and best practices
• Comfortable working autonomously as well as within a small, fast-moving team
• Plus: experience with AI-assisted / "vibe coding" tools like Claude or MagicPattern
