Software Engineer

The company is looking for a senior application developer to take ownership of technically challenging software delivery in a secure, mission-focused environment. The role involves leading the design and development of desktop, web and service-based applications, primarily in Python with Vue and Electron, along with infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform/Terragrunt. The engineer will build and support CI/CD pipelines, work with platform components such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis and RabbitMQ, and engage directly with users to turn operational requirements into reliable software. The position also includes mentoring junior developers, producing documentation, and occasionally supporting hardware installation and configuration in controlled environments.
