Software Development Manager

The company is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead the teams behind its contract platform and internal content management system editor. The role blends technical leadership with people management: guiding development decisions, strengthening engineering practices, and building teams that deliver meaningful product and platform improvements. Working closely with Product, UX, QA, Architecture, and other Information Systems leaders, the manager aligns priorities, manages delivery, improves quality, and advances practical AI adoption across engineering workflows. This is a full-time, permanent position with the option to work hybrid from the Edmonton office or fully remote across Canada.
