Software Development Engineer II (Fullstack) - Contacts

The Contacts Team owns several customer-facing CRM capabilities, including tags, documents and files, notes, contact information and segmentation. As a full stack engineer, the role spans backend and frontend work: building services and REST APIs with Node.js, TypeScript and NestJS, and creating responsive interfaces with Vue.js and TypeScript. The person in this role takes end-to-end ownership of features, from database and API layers through to the customer-facing UI, and collaborates with Product, Design, QA and other engineering teams. The focus is on delivering intuitive, scalable and reliable CRM experiences, with attention to performance, testing, monitoring and production reliability.
