AI Agent Engineer

The company is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to own end-to-end development of the agents and workflows behind its AI media manager for Amazon DSP. This is fundamentally a software engineering role: designing APIs, modelling data, integrating services, writing tests, debugging production issues and making architectural decisions, with a focus on how LLMs reason, use tools, retain context and take actions on behalf of customers. The engineer will build across agent logic, backend services, data and the customer-facing product, working directly with media buyers to turn ambiguous problems into shipped product. As an early employee, the role carries meaningful influence over the product, engineering culture and company direction.
