Web Software Developer Intern (WFM)

The company is looking for a Web Software Developer Intern to join the Genesys Cloud Workforce Management (WFM) team, building production-quality web experiences and backend services that support customer interactions worldwide. The intern will contribute across the software development lifecycle, including feature implementation, bug fixing, unit testing, automation, and peer review, while gaining hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies, Java, Clojure, and AWS. Working under the mentorship of experienced developers, the role offers practical exposure to engineering challenges involving usability, scalability, reliability, and cloud architecture. This is a hybrid internship/co-op based in downtown Toronto, with 1–2 days per week in the office, for a term of 8 to 16 months beginning in May/June 2027.
