Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

The company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack to join its U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. As an individual contributor, the role provides technical leadership and project planning for software development of new products, applications and systems. The engineer designs and develops web-enabled client-side and server-side applications within a structured SDLC process, builds and consumes web services in a services-oriented architecture, and works directly with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into well-defined tasks. The position also involves mentoring less experienced engineers, contributing to technical research and process improvements, and participating in a rotating on-call schedule supporting 24/7 operations.
