You’ll be part of a team that embraces bold ideas and delivers on its promises. We also know that behind these experiences is a great team, which is why we invest in and value each of our colleagues.
Our vibrant Prague office, located in the modern Churchill II building, is where work meets fun! Enjoy perks like our very own barista, 24/7 company gym, a game room, and a relaxed atmosphere where colleagues are as friendly as they are skilled.
Current Opportunity
Right now, we're looking for a Group Full-Stack Developer to join our Group Core Services team. You will build and maintain the integration services in our middleware layer - the systems that connect FEG platforms with our external partners - with your main focus on the payments area: direct integrations with payment providers and integration with our payment orchestrator.
You will own your features end to end, from the Java service in the background to the Vue.js interface our customers actually use on web and inside our mobile apps. Expect roughly 60% backend and 40% frontend work.
This is a mid-level role. You do not need a payments background - we will teach you that. What matters is that you are comfortable making systems talk to each other and can carry a well-scoped integration to production on your own.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
Act as the marketing department's senior technical authority — setting martech standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines, and leading through expertise and influence rather than formal reporting lines.
Mentor and upskill colleagues and junior technical staff, driving knowledge transfer and maintaining a shared knowledge-sharing platform of documentation, reusable solutions, and best practices.
Lead the integration of marketing technology across platforms and markets — ensuring seamless onboarding, reliable data flows, and well-documented APIs and connections between martech, CRM/CDP, and data systems.
Design and enforce best-practice tracking, including server-side and first-party data collection and robust data-layer and tag governance (e.g., Google Tag Manager), to support accurate, data-driven decision-making.
Ensure marketing technology and data practices comply with GDPR and applicable regulations — implementing consent management and data-governance controls appropriate to a regulated industry.
Drive the automation of routine tasks, internal processes, and customized promotions, and evaluate and pilot AI tools to increase efficiency and unlock new marketing capabilities.
Scout, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies, aligning them with company standards and translating industry trends into practical improvements.
Regularly assess the performance and efficiency of martech solutions — driving iterative improvements and retiring low-value tools.
Innovate engagement through reusable templates, dynamic content, and personalized promotions.
Establish and maintain solutions for advanced debugging, monitoring, and emergency maintenance to ensure the resilience of critical marketing systems.
Propose and maintain a robust risk and incident-management framework to safeguard the integrity and availability of marketing initiatives.
Align marketing technology practices with group standards to ensure consistency and cohesion across markets and teams.
Represent the department in industry forums, webinars, and conferences, bringing back actionable insights for the team
What We’re Looking For
You should have experience in:
Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Fluent English, both oral and written (at least C1).
Minimum 5 years' experience as a web developer/analyst or marketing technologist, with demonstrated technical leadership or ownership of martech solutions.
At least 2 years of leading a team.
Strong hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Python, and of web and mobile app technologies.
Deep knowledge of Google Tag Manager and tag/data-layer management; experience with server-side tracking is an advantage
Beyond our incredible office space, joining our team means enjoying a range of benefits:
