Staff Software Engineer, Backend

The company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Backend to join its Reverse ETL product engineering team. The role sits at the front lines of integrating data activation capabilities into the company's product across authentication, billing, data model, UI and more. As a senior member of a distributed, collaborative, agile team, the engineer contributes across the tech stack, leads major projects from research spikes through design and rollout, and mentors early-career engineers. The position is based out of the Toronto or Oakland office under a hybrid work model.
