Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

The company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a growing development team of five. The role involves taking work end to end: technical design, full stack build, release, and production behaviour, while directing and correcting coding agents and sharing what works with the team. The engineer will build tests, error output and checks that let agents self-correct, review colleagues' changes where human judgement is needed, and respond first when something breaks. They will document what they build and keep agent context files current, working closely with product and reporting to the Engineering Manager.
