Engineering Manager

The company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead its development team of four developers and a QA engineer, owning the team's commitments, process and delivery rhythm. The role is a player-coach position: you will actively write code while managing people, performance, growth and hiring. You will work alongside a Principal Engineer who owns architecture and standards, while you own how the team works and whether those standards are followed. The role exists as part of a restructure toward becoming a multi-product company, working with Vue, TypeScript, AWS Lambda and CDK.
