Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer supports the Director of AI and Analytics and collaborates with other developers to build and maintain the company's proprietary AI suite. The role focuses on LLM applications, RAG systems, vector storage, and cloud-native services across Azure and AWS. The engineer designs and develops multi-platform AI applications, defines specifications, plans system design, and oversees the full development lifecycle. Day-to-day work includes building LLM-powered tools for faculty, staff, and students, optimizing RAG pipelines, managing database and vector storage, and using Agile methods for planning and delivery.
