Sr. Software Engineer (Integrations)

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Integrations team, you will lead the design and development of the company's key native integrations, enabling real-time automation and data transfer between the platform and complementary systems such as CRMs, ticketing systems, workforce management platforms, and industry-specific verticals. You will own a functional area or set of related features, translating customer and business needs into robust technical solutions and helping shape the 6-12 month technical direction for your area. The role involves collaborating with engineering, product and business leaders, customers and external stakeholders, operating with little guidance, making pragmatic tradeoffs, and mentoring other engineers. This position reports to the Engineering Manager and is based in the Bangalore office with a hybrid working arrangement.
